BINDING CONTRACT

Once you have seen the kitten either in photos or by coming to our cattery in Vacarisses and you have agreed that is the kitten you wish to have in your home, we will write out a binding contract in which the kitten of your choice will be described and the amount for the down payment will be stated. After signing it, this contract will be posted to you. When you receive it, you should also sign it and send it back to us. We recommend you make a copy for yourself.

This contract will legalize the transaction for both of us, assuring you that the kitten will be yours.

TAKING YOUR KITTEN HOME
 

  • Your Els4gats kitten will be ready to go to its new home when it is about 12 weeks of age.

  • The kitten will have been dewormed and will be free of acarus.

  • The kitten’s vaccination will be up-to-date. The first vaccine against Calicivirus, Panleukopenia and Rhinotracheitis is given at 8 weeks of age and repeated at 12 weeks.

  • You will be sent a veterinarian certificate of good health.

  • You will receive a 15-day health guarantee, valid from the delivery date against infectious diseases in incubation, with the right to a replacement or a refund.

  • A pedigree certificate will have to follow afterwards since the acquisition of this document takes time, only for breeder.

  • If you acquire a pet kitten is obligated to spayed/neutered at 6 to 10 months old. The kitten pedigree certificate will be sent to you once when the veterinary spay/neuter certificate has been sent to us. You can see the pedigrees of the parents at The Ragdoll Database.

  • All our cats are tested every year for FELV (Feline Leukaemia) and FIV (feline immunodeficiency) and PKD and we are testing of HCM.

  • Our cats have been vaccinated against Feline Leukaemia.
